As Communications Manager, you will shape our global industry positioning and help establish smaXtec as the leading dairy technology company and a category creator beyond traditional "wearables."
You will drive high-impact communications across product innovation, executive positioning, and global PR, working closely with the CMO, C-Level team, NED representatives, and local PR managers worldwide.

Communications Manager

(HQ Graz | Hybrid | full-time | all genders)

Your Responsibilities:

• Global Industry Positioning: Develop and execute a communications strategy positioning smaXtec as a leading voice and shaper in the global dairy industry
• Executive & Thought Leadership: Build and strengthen executive visibility through strategic nar-ratives, media placements, and thought leadership
• Product Impact PR: Translate product innovation, data insights, and customer impact into compelling international media stories
• Industry Presence: Strengthen visibility and credi-bility at key global industry events and networks
• Global PR Alignment: Act as central interface be-tween global strategy and local PR managers to en-sure consistency with local relevance
• Media & Narrative Development: Drive proactive storytelling around key themes such as animal health, sustainability, and precision dairy farming

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in international PR, corporate communications, or strategic positioning
• Strong track record in executive communications and thought leadership
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear and compelling narratives
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of the dairy or agri-tech ecosystem is a plus

Salary

Enjoy competitive compensation starting at EUR 46,000 gross per year (38.5h), depending on experience
