In Fall 2025, something big is landing at Center West - the WOOP! brand is arriving! As the most cutting-edge entertainment provider in the region, WOOP! is known for creating unforgettable experiences that bring joy to kids, families, and adults alike. Alongside trampolines, bowling, escape rooms, and more, we are opening two modern bars where guests can enjoy drinks, snacks, and a great atmosphere. To make it happen, we're looking for an experienced and motivated

BAR MANAGER (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• Full operational responsibility for two WOOP! bars in Graz.
• Staff training, planning and leadership (recruitment, onboarding, scheduling).
• Creating and optimizing duty rosters.
• Clear understanding of the predefined food (mostly simple finger food) & beverage offer.
• Ensuring great guest experience and smooth service, especially during peak times.
• Maintaining quality standards and compliance with HACCP regulations.
• Ordering, stock control, and regular inventory checks.
• Close cooperation and negotiation with suppliers.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

What we expect from you:

• Several years of experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position.
• Solid knowledge of bar operations on Austrian market (preferable Graz region).
• Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Possession of a Befähigungsnachweis (or willingness to obtain it) is highly desirable.
• Start working preferable from October 1, 2025.
