Your Responsibilities

• Leadership Skills
• Lead the Procurement team, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication.
  
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
• Set clear goals, delegate effectively, and provide guidance and feedback.
• Supplier & Partner Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new manufacturing partners.
  
• Represent the company professionally in supplier search, negotiations, and partnership building, ensuring reliability, quality, and adherence to agreed timelines.
  
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and ensure supplier commitment.
  
• Frquently travel to manufacturers and suppliers, to build partnerships face-to-face and oversee operations directly on-site.
  
• Manage supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and complaint resolution.
• Supply Chain Operations
• Bridge the gap between strategic supply chain management (planning, forecasting) and operational procurement, ensuring alignment and coordination within your team.
  
• Establish, monitor, and improve procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with regulatory, logistics, finance, and marketing teams to align procurement with business needs.
  
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular management reports, and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor- or Masterdegree.
  
• Several years of work experience in a competitive business environment i.e. procurement, supply chain, sales.
  
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sector strongly preferred.
  
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills: you know how to win people over and build trust.
  
• Proactive mindset: you take initiative, anticipate challenges, and deliver solutions.
  
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence in representing the company externally.
  
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
  
• Fluent in English, German is an asset.
  
• Valid driving license and travel documents.
